Cancellation Policy

Comedy Circle – Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription and Billing:

• This cancellation policy applies to users who subscribe to Comedy Circle via Telkom Plus and pay a daily subscription fee of R5,00 per user account.
• Subscriptions are billed on a daily basis

2. Cancellation Process:

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their Telkom Plus account settings.
• To initiate cancellation, users must log in to their account and follow the prompts in the account settings or subscription management section.
• Alternatively, users may submit a cancellation request in writing via email to Comedy Circle support at support@comedycircle.co.za.
• The cancellation request must include the account holder’s full name, registered email address, and user account name.

3. Cancellation Effective Date:

• Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Users will retain access to Comedy Circle until the end of their current paid subscription period.
• For example, if a user’s billing cycle ends at midnight and they cancel before then, their access will continue until midnight of that day.

4. Refunds

• Daily subscription fees are non-refundable.
• No prorated refunds will be provided for partial days of service.

5. Account Deactivation:

• Upon cancellation, the user’s account will be deactivated at the end of the current billing cycle.
• All user data associated with the account may be retained for a period of [Number] days for administrative purposes. After this period, data may be permanently deleted.
• If a user wishes to have their data deleted immediately upon cancellation, they must send an explicit request to support@comedycircle.co.za.

6. Changes to the Cancellation Policy:

• Comedy Circle reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.
• Users will be notified of any changes to the policy via email or through a notification on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes to the policy constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
